For this tutorial I will use this picture:



1. Go to Effects > Edge effects > Enhance. You will now have this:



2. Go to Adjust > Hue and saturation > Colorize. Set the Hue to 25 and Saturation to 50.



3. Using a ripped paper brush on a new layer add a ripped effect to the top and bottom. (Ensure this is on a new layer)



4. Go to Effects > 3D effects > Drop Shadow, match your settings to these:
